Requests that arrive on a weekend or a Brazilian public holiday are picked up on the next business day. What to include
- The email address used at purchase, if the message concerns a paid publication.
- The order reference or receipt number, where one exists.
- For a correction, the full address of the page and the passage in question.
- For a data request, enough information to locate the record, and a clear statement of which right is being exercised.
- A description of what is being asked for. Screenshots help; attachments other than images are not opened.
Common requests
- Refunds. Handled under the refund policy, within 30 days of purchase.
- Access problems. Delivery of a purchased publication can be re-sent to the original purchase address.
- Billing questions. Answered where the record can be located from the details supplied.
- Data access, correction or deletion. Handled under the privacy policy.
- Source enquiries. Questions about which paper or dataset underlies a passage are answered directly.
Corrections
